[Abstract] Empowering the construction of physical education and health courses incompulsory education with digital technology is an important measure to promote educational modernizationand theallround development ofstudents. Theresearch shows that the valueof digital technology in empowering theconstruction of physical education and health courses in compulsory education lies inimproving course management eficiency,enriching course resources,innovating teaching models,andachievingscientificteaching evaluation.However,incurrnt practice,therearealsodilemmas such as obstacles to the conceptof digital teaching governance, insuficient depth ofdigital technology,lagging data standard construction,and theurgent need to construct ethical norms.Based on this,optimization paths are proposed: establishing digital teaching concepts,improving the applicationabilityof digital technology,constructing asystematic data system,and accelerating the construction of an ethical norm system.
