Exploring the Dilemma and Path of Cultivating Youth Tennis Reserve Talents from the Perspective of Integrating Sports and Education

[Abstract] The integration of sports and education has profound significance for thecultivationof youth tennis reserve talents.This study examines the current dificulties in cultivating youth tennis reserve talents and finds that there are isues such as insuficient colaborationamong relevant stakeholders，prominent contradictions between leaming and training，insuficienttennisresources supply，andanimperfectcompetitionsystem.Basedonthis，itproposesapath for cultivating youth tennis reserve talents from the follwing four dimensions： It strengthens policy implementation and depens subjectcollaboration; Italeviates theconflict between studyand trainingand innovates training modes; It strengthens resource supplyand improves resourceutilization effciency; Itestablishesayouth tennis competition system that covers all stages and groups， in order to provide references for relevant researchers.
