[Abstract] By using the methods ofliterature research and theoretical analysis,this paper explores the application strategies of embodied cognition theory in preschool children's physical education teaching.Research has found that theembodied cognition theory emphasizes that cognition stems from the dynamic interaction between the bodyand the environment,which is highlyconsistent with the developmental characteristics of preschoolchildren exploring the worldthrough their bodies.Inresponse to the current problems existing inearly preschool childhood physical education teaching,suchasemphasizingskilsovercognition,monotonous teachingscenarios,anddisconnectionbetweenphysical and mental development, this research hasconstructeda three-in-one teaching strategy system of scenario,sensory,and movement: it integrates situational learning with practical experience, multi-sensory interaction enhances learning outcomes,it integrates body movements and cognitive understanding.The research holds that teaching strategies based on embodied cognitioncan efectively promote thecoordinated development of children in terms of motor ability, cognitive emotion and sociality,providinga new theoretical perspectiveand practicalpath for the reformof preschool children's physical education teaching.
