Exploration of Application Strategies for Functional Physical Training in Primary School Football
KANG Xiuping Shiping Primary School in Zheng'an County,Zunyi, Guizhou Province, China [Abstract] To explore a new paradigm ofscientifically efective training,this paper analyzes four prominent problems ofoutdatedconcepts,singlemethods,neglectof differences,andload imbalance incurrent primaryschoolfootball training practice.Italsoanalyzes the theoretical mechanisms offunctional physical training,including reshaping the powerhainstrengtheingeuraldaptation,corctingmovementcompensation,andconstructingrotectie. Basedonthis,anapplication strategywasproposed: It deeply integrates training ontent into footballspecificaction modesto improve the effciencyofconverting physical ftness intoskils; Itconstructs gamifiedand multi-dimensional trainingscenariostostimulatestudents'intrinsicmotivationforparticipation;Itintroducesdynamicevaluationandinstant feedback mechanisms toachieve precise cultivation of individual students; It adheres to the principle of gradual load in science and constructs a systematic system that balances development and protection.
