Effective Strategies for Football Shooting Technique Training in Primary Schools

Tonghe Primary School，Nantong City，Nantong，Jiangsu Province，226o14 China [Abstract] In order to effctivelysolve the problems oflow eficiencyand technical rigidity in current primary school footballshooting training in China，and enhance theattacking coreabilityof young players，thisarticle deplyanalyzes training practice and reveals four core problems： insufficient fine guidance of hiting action patterns，lack of application of biomechanical principles ofsupport and balance，serious disconnection between strength and precision training，and lack ofsystematiccultivationof theoverallaction chain.Basedonthis，a training strategysystem wasconstructed， emphasizing the three major goals of achieving precise shaping of technical movement paterns，specialized integration of core stabilityand explosive power，and integration of dynamic connectionand complete action chains.Specific explanations were given on how to use training methods such as balltarget division，balance pad training，box jumping， andagileladder comprehensive practice to provideasystematic solution for grasroots footballteaching thatcombines scientific theory and practical value.
