Study on the Application of Auxiliary Training Equipment in Youth Sanda Training

Henan Quality Polytechnic,Pingdingshan,Henan Province,467ooo China [Abstract] In order to promote the scientific transformation of youth Sanda training methods and overcome the problems of experiencedependence and subjective evaluation in traditional training,this article constructs anapplication strategy for auxiliary equipment. After systematically reviewing the functional system of commonly usedauxiliary equipment in training,a deep analysis was conducted on the four core chalenges faced by young athletes, namely technical stabilty,combination connection,spatiotemporal perception,andresponsedecision-making.A progressive solution strategy has been developed to addressthe above issues: It uses fixed targets and force measuring targets to achieve standardizedandquantitative evaluationoftechnicalactions; Ituses mobile targetsand speed bals to improve the smoothness oftechnical connection indynamic environments; Ituses variable distance targets to create uncertain scenarios and cultivate distance perceptionand timing judgment abilities; Ituses reaction lights to construct complex decision-making tasks and improve the eficiency ofatack defense conversion.This strategy system provides a practical and usable path for the precise training of adolescent Sanda.
