Study on the Importance and Training Methods of Physical Fitness Training for Junior High School Students

Chenqiao Middle School, Nantong City, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, ZZ6uu6 China [Abstract]Respondingtotheconcernof thehealthyChinastrategyforthephysicalfitnessofyouth,thisarticle focuses on thecurrent practical problems of outdated concepts and extensive methods in physical training for junior high school students.Firstly,the importance of scientific physical training is deply explained from three dimensions: promoting neural plasticity to empower cognition,optimizing physiological functions to establish lifelong health,and honing willpower toshape psychological resilience.Furthermore,it willanalyze the four core misconceptions that exist in practice: the deviation of the concept of target entertainment, improper regulation of load polarization, the implementation drawbacks of uniform patterns,and the cognitive bias of stereotyped strength training.Based on this, it constructs a set of modern training optimization strategies: design goal oriented games,coordinate motivation and efctivenes; Itapplies intellgent wearable devices toachieve preciseload monitoring; Itbuildsa hierarchicaltraining matrix that fits the sensitive period of individual development; It promotes functional movement resistance,safely enhancesstrengthand quality,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical paradigms forbuildingan efficient and scientificphysical training system for junior high school students.
