Research on the Innovative Talent Training Mode of Sports Majors in Private Colleges —Based on the Research Case of Wuchang Institute of Technology

School ofPhysical Education，Wuchang InstituteofTechnology，Wuhan，HubeiProvince，43oo65 China [Abstract] Under the background of policies such as the "Healthy China 203o" planning outline promoting the deep integrationofeducationand sports，the isseofaligning thequalityof talentcultivation insports-related majors at private universities withthe high-quality development neds of the sports industry urgently requires resolution.Taking Wuchang InstituteofTechnologyasacase research，this paper focusesonthecultivation pathofhigh-quality innovative talents in sports-related majors at private universities，constructinganeducational modelof "two leads，thre linkages， andfoursynergies".The "twoleads"refers tothedualdrivingforceofvalueshapingand innovativethinking，the "three linkages" establishes a closed-loop mechanism for teaching， practice，and evaluation，and the "four synergies" forms a multi-stakeholder co-construction and sharing patern involving universities，governments， primary and secondary schools，andenterprises.This model aims to effectively break through thelimitationsof traditional talentcultivation， significantly enhance students'comprehensive nutrition and practical innovation abilities，and provide areplicable and promotable practical paradigm for the training of sports majors in private universities in China.
