Analysis of Public Service Supply Models forNational Fitness in the Context of Smart Sports

School of Physical Education，Henan University，Kaifeng，Henan Province，475oo1 China[Abstract] Under thebackgroundofdigital Chinaandhealth China strategies，theintellgent transformationof publicservices for national fitness has becomean important isse.Taking the Henan Province national fitness public serviceplatform as an example，this paper explores in depth the reshaping mechanism ofsmart sports on the public service supplymodel.The study shows thatthe platform promotes the dual transformation of the supply model from government一led tomulti-partycolaborationandfromstandardized topersonalizedserviceswiththehelpofdata-driven，algorithmicdecision-making，and platform integration.At the same time，it provides differentiated services for urban-ruraldifferencesandfolk customs.However，inthe practical process，thereare stll challengessuchasthedigitaldivide，datasecurity，andcolaborativeeffciency.Based onthis，thestudy proposes building an inclusive servicemechanism，improving the data governance system，and innovating collaborative models to promote high-qualityand sustainable development of public services，providing theoretical and practical references for related fields.
