Research on the Achievements，Problemsand Strategiesof the Developmentof High-Level Sports Teams in Chinese Universities in the New Era

[Abstract] This research is based on the context of the new era，systematicall examining thedevelopment proce ofhigh-level sports teams in Chinese universities.It aims to clarify their achievements，analyzeexisting practical issues，and propose targeted optimization strategies.The findings indicate thattheir developmental outcomes manifest isreflected in the expansionof the scaleof competitive sports talent reserves in Chinese universities，the broadening of the training mode for high-level athletes，and the leading role in the construction of sports and campus culture in Chinese universities.However，current development stil faces challenges such as the alienation of sports team educational objectives，an incomplete training support system，and an unsmooth competition system between the two major departments of education and sports.To addressthese issues，the research proposes the following strategies： gudedbytheconceptof integrating sportsand education，itclearlies defining specifictraining objectives forhigh-level sports teams; it improves a sound training support mechanismto continuously enhance thequalityofsports training;itestablishesamulti-levelandthree-dimensionalcompetition system topromote the integration of educational， sports，and competitions.
