Exploration of the Development Models and Practical of Military Civilian Integration in Military Sports Training

[Abstract] With the profound evolution of the form of warand the deepening ofthe goal of buildinga strong military， the scientificand practical level of military sports training has becomeakeyvariable determining the troopcombat efectiveness.Traditional closed，experience training modelscannolonger meet the extremedemands ofmodern warfare on the comprehensive quality of soldiers.Against this backdrop，implementing the strategy of civilian-military integration development and building a new，open，shared，and mutuall reinforcing military sports taining system holds significant practical and strategicvalue.Thisarticleextracts three progresive integrationmodels，namelyresource introduction type，colaborativeresearchanddevelopment type，and system co construction type，through caseanalysis and logical deduction，and analyzes their operating mechanisms and applicable scenarios.Focusing on four core areas oftalentcultivation，tecnologympowerment，contentinnovation，ndassssentefom，specificintegationpactical pathways for integration are proposed. It proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the deep development of military civilianintegration from fouraspects： top-level design，institutional guarantee，platform construction，and cultural cultivation，in order toprovide theoreticalreferenceand practical guidanceforbuilding amilitarysports training systemwithourmilitarycharacteristicsand era effectiveness.
