Value,Dilemmas and Strategies of Social Sports Organizations Participating in After-School Sports Services in Schools Under the Background of "Double Reduction"

SchoolofPhysicalEducation,JilinNormal University,Siping,JilinProvince,136ooo China [Abstract] This study takes the "Double reduction" policyas the background to explore the value,problems,and countermeasures ofsocialsportsorganizations'participationinthehigh-qualtydevelopmentofafter-school sports services inschools.The studysuggests thattheparticipationofsocial sports organizations inafter-school sports services inschols inChinacanallviatetheshortageofshoolteachers,builddiversifedafterschoolservicecontents,andintegratedivsifed sports resources.However,thereare also problems suchas thelowcapacityofsocial sports organizations,lagging institutional construction,and diferences intheconcepts and methodsofafter-schoolservice implementation betweenschoolsand socialorganizatios.Inthefuture,itisncessytosrengthenthemultiapabilityonstructionofsocialsportsogantions to ensure the efective advancement ofafter-school services; It improves the policyand institutional system,with the constructionofalong-term participation mechanism as the guarantee; Itclarifes the goals and implementationmethods of after-school services to create acollaborative after-school service education system.
