Nowadays，tenagebasketballtrainingplacesmoreemphasisonimitation，buttheprinciplesareunderestimated，which leads to unstable technical movements and slow progressThis article deeply analyzes the four key points of efficient shooting： stable shooting posture lays the foundation for power transmision;Optimization of release actions determines thetrajectoryofbasketballflight; Scientificselectionof aiming pointis thekeytoaccurate hit; Completeballfollowing movements ensure thestandardization of techniques and the formation of muscle memory.It builds asystematic training strategy： it strengthens coreandlower imbstrength，and establishesasolid shooting foundation; Ituses decomposition andcombinationexercises tooptimizethe mechanical modelofhand movements;Itcaries outfixed-point gaze and dynamic tracking training to improve aiming accuracy; It adopts the "freze hold" and fedback correction method to solidify the ball following motion.
