LI Jiaxin Taiyuan CityVocational College,Taiyuan, ShanxiProvince,O3oooo China [Abstract] Against thebackdropofhigh-quality higher vocational colleges development in the new era,physical education has been imbued with new connotations and misions.The construction of sports project cultural education brands isanimportant carrier for exertingthe functionofsports cultural education.Onthebasis ofexplaining the core conotationof sports project cultural education and its special value to higher vocational colleges,this article deeply analyzesthecurrent practical challenges faced byhigher vocational coleges inthis domain,includingcognitive biases, weak guarantees,system deficiencies,nd insuicientintegration,andproposesinnovativeideas tobuildatop-level navigation system for brand construction; It integrates resources and builds the power core for brand building and operation; Itactivates the mainbodyand builds thecore engine forbrand constructionandoperation; Itoptimizes evaluation,builds a circular power system for brand construction and operation,and other improvement paths aim to provide theoretical reference for vocational colleges to transform sports and cultural resources into high-quality educational brands,enhance students'physicalfitnessand profesionalqualies,and cultivatecomposite talents that meet social needs.
