Research on Pathways to Enhance Physical Education Teachers' Curriculum Innovation Ability Based on Autonomous Learning
JIANG Qinzhang Yongzhou Vocational Technical College,Yongzhou,Hunan Province, 425ooo China [Abstract] The enhancement of independent learming abilityof physical education teachers is akey pathway to promote curiculum innovation.This paper analyzes three-dimensional challnges faced by physical education teachers in autonomous learning: external dependencyreinforcementand insuficient endogenous motivation,fragmented learning tendency and lack of system construction,and individual isolated development and weak colaborative support.The research reveals that autonomous learning impacts curriculum innovation ability through four pathways: broadening knowledge horzons,deepeningteachingreflection,facilitatingpracticaltransformation,ndstrengtheningcollative communication, forming a bidirectional spiral-upward interaction mechanism.The enhancement pathways are proposed: It establishes anintrinsic motivation mechanism tostimulate professional identitylarifydevelopment goals, and improve incentive systems; It optimizes ability structure systems to deepen theoretical learning and strengthen reflective practice; Itcreates supportive environments by building learning communities and optimizing resource support. The collborative enhancement of autonomous learning and currculum innovation capability requires multi-party collaboration among schools, educational administrative departments,and individual teachers.
