Strategies for Empowering the Refereeing Competence of College Basketball Referees with Digital Technology

Shanxi Technology and Business University，Taiyuan， Shanxi Province，O3ooo6 China [Abstract] Against thebackdropofthepractical applicationofdigital technologies，this paper conducts an in-depth exploration of themechanism of action，multi-dimensional valuesof digital technologiesempowering colege basketball referees to deliver high-qualityrefereeng，aswellas thechallenges and strategies for improving refereeing competence. The studyfinds that achieving high-quality refereeing in basketbal requires adherence to principles such as accuracy， consistency，real-time performance and interpretability. The cultivation of collge basketball referees'refereeing competenceisconfronted withaseries of practical dificulties，mainlyreflectedinthree aspects：thelag of training models behind technological development，insuficientabilityinscenarioreproduction，and thedisconnection between technological application and teaching. Inresponse to the abovechallenges，this paper puts forward three targeted solutions： constructingatechnology-integratedtraining system，buildingan immersive practical training platform，and creating a specialized technologyteaching ecosystem.This study is intended to provide reference and guidance for the professional and scientific cultivation of college basketball referees.
