Practice of Reforming Public Physical Education Curriculum in Higher Vocational Education Under the Guidance of Professional Literacy

Sichuan Business Vocational College, Chengdu,Sichuan Province, 61oo16 China [Abstract] Higher vocational education focuses more on students' job competenceand career stability development in talent cultivation.If public physical education curiculum in higher vocational collges is limited to sports testing andaction imitation,itwillbedificult toeffectivelyaddress theissuesoffatiguemanagement,collaborationandaety risks faced by students during internshipsand employment.Based on this,this articleanalyzes the positioning transformationofpublicsportsinhighervocational educationincultivating professonal qualities,sortsoutthekeypoints oftargetreshaping,content reconstruction,organizational improvement,and evaluation innovation,proposesoperational plans formodular tasks,situational training implementation,hierarchicalsupportandguarantee,and evidence-based evaluation,and discuses the implementation conditionsof shool enterprise linkage,teacher growth,andesource coordination. At the same time,it extracts high-frequency movements and typical situations of positions,emphasizes safety protection,posture control,loadadjustment,and peer asistance,provides key points forcurriculum oation, venue equipment arrngement,and quality monitoring,and promotesstudents to form sustainable exercise habits.
