Research on the Curriculum System for Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in the Sports Industry in Higher Vocational Colleges

Yangzhou PolytechnicUniversity，Yangzhou，Jiangsu Province，225oo9 China [Abstract] Withtheaccelerated transformationof thesports industry towardsscale，specialization，integration，and intelligence，the market's demand for composite talents with both sports professional skills and innovation and entrepreneurship literacy is becoming increasinglyurgent.As the mainbodyof cultivating technical and skiled talents， highervocationalcolleges generallyface isuessuchasvaguegoalorientation，structural imbalance，outdatedcontent， virtual practice，and lagging evaluation in their existing curiculum systems，leading toa serious mismatch between talent supply and industry demand. Therefore，this research proposes the construction of a new curiculum system with the design conceptof "demand-oriented，industryeducationintegration，competencybased，integrationofknowledgeand action，and personalized development."This systemconsistsoffourmodules：general education foundation，proesional integration，practical refinement，andexpansionandsublimation，imingtobreak downdisciplinarybarriers，inegate sportsand businessknowledge，and systematicallyshape students' innovativeentrepreneurial abilities througha comprehensive and hierarchical practical teachingchain.
