Research on Application Strategies of Circuit Training Method in Physical Fitness Cultivation of Teenage Volleyball

Yaxi Changzheng School,Bozhou District, Zunyi, Guizhou Province, 563Ooo China [Abstract] Traditional teenage voleyball physical training has problems suchas fixed content,disconnection from specific needs,unscientific load monitoring,and dullforms, which restrict thebalanced development of athletes'physical fitness and the improvement of their competitive level.The cyclic training method combines comprehensiveness, eficiency,andexiblityandisighlyompatibleithespecificpsicaledsofolleyballInesponsetobove isues,this articlesystematicallexplores itsapplicationstrategies:Firstly,itbuildsacomprehensive training stationthat integrates elementssuchasstrength,speed,andagilitytopromotethecomprehensivedevelopmentofphysicalfitess; Secondly,itsimulates practicalsituationsuchasdunkingand blocking toenhancethe eficiencyofspecialized physical fitnessconversion;Thirdly,personalized load regulation is implemented bycombining heart rate and subjective fatigue levelto ensure training safetyand effectiveness;The fourth isto integrate gameand competitive elements to stimulate the intrinsic training motivation of teenagers.This series of strategies provides theoreticalreference for optimizing the physical fitness training of teenage volleyball.
