Application of Food Preservation Technology in Pre-cooking Processing

Abstract: Pre-processng is acriticallink inthefood processing andconsumption chain,directly impacting ingredient quality,cooking outcomes,and food safety.The scientific application offood preservation technologies atthis stage caneffectivelydelay ingredient spoilage,retainnutritional components,and mitigatesafety risks,layingaquality foundation for subsequent cooking processes.This paper systematically elaborates onthe core value of applying food preservation technologies to pre-processing,categoricalyreviews the application scenarios and operational essentials of mainstreamtechquessuchasefrigerationpreservation,modifedatmospherepreservation,andiadiationprseation, andconductsanin-depthanalysisofexistig isses likeinsuicient tchnicaladaptabilityandnon-standardizedoperations in cuent aplications.Targeted optimization strategies are proposed. Research indicates thatby precisely matching ingredient characteristicswithpreservation technologies,standardizingoperatioalprocedures,andstrengtheningtechnologicaliovation integration,thepreservationeficacyof pre-processngcanbesignificantlyenhanced,ensuringfoodqualityandsafety.The findings ofthisstudycanprovide practical guidanceforcatering enterprises,food processing institutions,nd homecooking, and facititate the standardized and eficient application offood preservation technologies in pre-processing.
