Study on the Accuracy of Rapid Detection Method for Peroxide Value of Edible Oil

Abstract: To evaluate the acuracy of rapid detection methods for peroxidevalue in edibleoils,this paper validates three commercial reagent kits and a self-made Fe2+ immobilized test strip against the national standard method.Results demonstrate that Kit 3 and theself-made test strip exhibit optimal performance, with relative errors RSD2 =0.985),meeting the requirements foron-siterapid detection. Other reagent kitsshow suboptimal accuracy.
