Research Progress on Food Safety Risks and Detection Technologies of Microbial Contamination in Agricultural Products

Abstract: Microbial contaminationrepresents oneof thecritical factors threatening thequalityandsafetyof agricultural products.This paper systematically elucidates the contamination sources and hazard characteristics of common microorganisms inagricultural products,conducts an in-depth analysisof the principles,features,and application status of currentrapid microbial detectiontechnologies,examines the major challnges confrontingthese technologies,and proposes corresponding development strategies and future trends.The aim is to provide scientific reference forthe sustainable development and widespread application of rapid detection technologies for agricultural product quality and safety.
