Research on the Integrated Construction of Food Safety "Sampling, Inspection, Handling, Research, Control and Service"

Abstract: Integrating various aspects offood safety,such as "sampling,inspection,handling,research,control,and service",is a key approach to achieving full-chain risk management and collaborative supervision.Based on policy analysis and combined with industry practices,this paper constructs a system framework covering sampling and inspection,examinationandanalysis,lawenforcementandhanding,riskassessment,andcontrolservices,andexplores optimization mechanisms and practical pathways,which reveals the impact ofthe integrated mechanism on enhancing risk warning responses,promoting resourcecollaboration,and encouraging standardized production byenterprises.The study shows that full-process linkage and technical support can effectively improve the eficiency of risk detection and handling, promote dynamic and predictive food safety governance,and provide institutional insights for advancing he modernization of food safety governance.
