The Homology of Medicine and Food in Medicinal Cuisine

Abstract:The homology of medicine and foodisthecore theoryoftheintegrationof traditional Chinese medicine and dietculture in China,and is alsothecore principleof medicinal cuisine.The theoryemphasizes thatsome ingredients have the dual atributes of nutrition supplyand medicinal conditioning,which provides theoretical support and practical guidancefor the scientific developmentof medicinal cuisine.This paper systematicall expounds thecore value of the homology of medicine and food in the medicinal cuisine,combs the clasificationand application scenarios of common ingredients with homology of medicine and food,analyzes thecognitive deviation,unscientificcolocation and other problems in the application of medicinal cuisine,and proposes targeted standardized application and development strategies.Research shows that adhering to the guidance of the theory of medicine and food homology,standardizing the selection offood ingredients,scientific collcationandaccurate application can significantly improve the safety and effectiveness of medicinal cuisine.
