Targeted Sampling Strategies for High-Contamination-Risk Areas ofFood Under Risk Assessment

Abstract: The spatial alocation of sampling resources for food safety monitoring directly affcts the eficiency of risk identification.Based onthe theoretical framework of risk assessment, this paper systematically expounds the construction path of targeted sampling strategies for high-contamination-risk areas.Through a four-step assessment procedure of hazard identification,hazard characteristic description,exposure assessment and risk characteristic description,a quantitative discrimination system for regional contamination risks is established. On this basis,by integrating thespatio-temporaldistributioncharacteristicsofhistorical monitoringdata,thesuperimposed ffects of regional environmentalfactors,andthe transmission paths of the food supplychain,adynamic risk early warning model is constructed.Furthermore,adiffrentiatedsamplingschemeunderrisk clasification managementisdesigned,and he monitoring effciency is optimized by combining stratified sampling and sample pooling techniques.
