Key Points of Sampling Operation and Temperature Control Measures for Cold-Chain Foods

Abstract: Standardized sampling procedures and temperature control methods can ensure that the submited samples truly reflect thequality levelof thesampled batch,providingareliable sample support for food safety testing.For cold-chain foodsampling,itisnecessary tofollow theprinciplesof representativenessauthenticity,and integrity. Standardized pre-cooling of equipment,reasonable selection of sampling points,strict implementationof aseptic operations,and correct packaging and labeling should be carriedout to ensure the qualityof the samples.Temperature controlrunsthrough theentiresampling proces,including thepre-treatmentoftherefrigerant inthe equipment,control of the sampling exposure time,connectionof the transportation cold chain,and managementof temporary storage during handover. Only through the collaboration of each link can the sample quality be guaranteed.
