Improvement and Verification of Sample Pretreatment Technology for the Detection of Hormone Residues in Milk

Abstract: The detection of hormone residues in milk is a critical technical component for ensuring the quality and safetyof dairy products,and the effectivenessof sample pretreatment directlyafects the accuracyandreliabilityof analytical results.Owing to the complex matrix ofmilk samples,high contents offatand protein,as wellas the wide varietyandlowconcentration levelsofhormones,conventional pretreatment methodsstillexhibitcertain limitations in terms of recovery,purificationeficiency,andoperational stability.Inresponse totheanalyticalrequirements formilk hormone residue detection,the applicabilityof diferent pretreatment techniques in dairy matrices is systematically evaluated.Emphasis is placed on improving sample pretreatment through process optimization,enhancement of purification performance,and control of matrix interference,andthe efectiveness ofthe improved methods is verified using methodological performance indicators.
