Application of Rapid Food Detection Technology in the Food Safety Control of Rice Noodles

Abstract:Thisarticle mainly studies theapplicationofrapid food detectiontechnology in thefoodsafetycontrolof rice noodles.Itfrstanalyzesthecore principlesand technicalcharacteristicsof mainstreamrapid fooddetection technologies, thenelaboratesontheroleofsuch technologiesinthefoodsafetycontrolofrice noodles,andfinallexploresthespecific application pathsofvarious rapid detection technologiesinthesafetycontrolofrice noodlesfromthethree majortechnical categorie ofchemistry,biology,andphysics.Itprovides technical referenceandtheoreticalsupportfor improvingthefood safety guarantee level of rice noodles and promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
