Research on the Practical Challenges and Countermeasures of Grassroots Edible Agricultural Products Testing

Abstract： Agricultural products serve as an important partof public life，and their qualityand safety directly afect the public'shealth.Doingagood jobinthequality inspectionofagriculturalproducts isofvital importance for ensurngthe safetyof the public's foodontheir plates.Due tovarious factors，some grasrots regions encounter multiple problems when conducting the testingof edibleagriculturalproducts，andtheyneed toformulate targeted improvement plans toenhance the qualityofthegrassrootsedibleagriculturalproducts testing.Thisarticlefocusesonanalyzingthepracticalvalueandcurent challenges of grassroots edibleagicultural products testing，and proposes corresponding strategies for grassrots edible agricultural product inspection，aiming to provide reference for subsequent related research.
