Supply Strategies for Personalized Nutritional Diets of the Elderly Under the Smart Elderly Care Model

Abstract: Personalized nutrition and dietary supply underthe smart elderly care model is a key strategy to enhance the qualityoflife forthe elderlyand address the challenges of anaging society.This paper systematicallyanalyzes the nutritional and metaboliccharacteristicsof the elderly populationand focuses on discussing how toutilize intellgent technologies toachieve dynamic assessment and precise intervention of nutritional needs,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidelines for the construction of a data-driven elderly nutrition service system.
