Research on the Detection Method of Residues of 7 New Preservatives and Their Storage Degradation Behaviors in Tropical Vegetables

Abstract: In order to solvethe residue detection problemof7kinds of new pesticides hazard factors (pentachloronitrobenene, oxychlorure,fenpyroximate,phthalthion,spiromesifen,pyrimethanilandisopropoxamyl)stipulatedinGB2763—201but lacking detectionmethods,this studydevelopsthecorrsponding pretreatment extractionpurifcationmethodsand instrument detectionmethods withSolanaceae (tomato)andaquatic (waterchestnut)asmatrices,and investigatestheresiduedegradation behaviorof 4 kindsof pesticide hazard factors during the process.LC-MS is used to optimize the chromatographic-mass spectrometryconditions and pretreatment parameters,andthe residuedetection methods of 7hazard factors are established, whichhavehighrecoveryrate tomeettherequirementsofthe method,highsensitivityandgoodaccuracy.Theestablished detection methods areapplied to theresidue of tomatoand water chestnuttreated diferent concentrations of pesticides under 4 C storage condition,andtheresidue degradation curve isdrawnandthe degradationrule isanalyzed.The research results provide technicalsupport for theaccurate detectionpesticides residues in tropical vegetables,andalso provideabasisforheir scientific use and storage safety in tropical vegetables.
