Functional Analysis of Goat Colostrum Based on MultiOmics Technology and Its Application Prospects in Precision Nutrition

Abstract: Goatcolostrum is anatural nutritional food rich invarious bioactivecomponents,including immunoglobulins, lactoferrin,growthfactors,andnovelcarbohydrates.Thisarticlesystematicallanalyes thestructural diversitydyamic variation patterns,and biological functions of functional active components in goat colostrum using multi-omics technologies.Itfurtherinvestigatesthestructureand functionof immunoglobulins (IgG),lactoferin,growth factors,and unconventionalfree trioses,elucidating the mechanisms by which goat colostrum exerts its efects onimmune regulation, gut microbiota modulation, and cellular differentiation and repair.
