Determination of Pesticide Residues and Heavy Metal in Tea and Safety Evaluation

Abstract: As an important beverage in the world,the safety of tea is facing dualthreats ofpesticide residues and heavy metal pollution.Improper application of pesticides and environmental polution have led to excessive levelsof various harmfulsubstances intea,seriouslyendangering thehealthofconsumers.Inorder toestablishajointdetectionsystemfor pesticide residues and heavy metals,high-eficiency extractionand purification technology combined with sophisticated instrumentsareused tocaryoutanalysis,andthe simultaneousdetection multi-targe pollutants isachieved.Moreover, a comprehensive safety evaluation model is constructed by limiting the standard,dietary exposure assssment and joint risk analysis, which provides a scientific basis for the supervision of tea quality and safety.
