Study on Problems and Improvement Countermeasures in Food Safety Management of University Campuses

Abstract:Food safety on university campuses is closely related to the health of teachers and students and the stable operation ofcampuses,andisacore partofuniversitylogistics management.Focusingonthe practical pain pointsoffood safety management inuniversities,this paper sorts out existing problems from fivekey links: food material procurement, processing operations,facilitymaintenance,supervision and inspection,and emergency response.Combined with the particularityof universitylogistics managementandthe requirements of modern governance,it puts forward targeted improvement strategies,aiming to provide ideasforoptimizing thecampus foodsafety management system and ffctively building a strong defense line for campus food safety.
