Exploration of the Path of Precise Application of Microbial Contamination Detection Technology for Fresh Food

Abstract:Exploring the application paths for precise detection of microbial contamination in fresh food is of great significance for strengthening the food safetydefense lineand promotingthe improvementand eficiency enhancementof thefood industry.Currently,precise detection has formed a multi-technology support system including molecular biology andimmunology,which demonstrates significant advantages inrapid screening andtrace detection.This article proposes application solutions fromaspects such as enhancing rapid detection capabilities,optimizing sensitivity and specificity, and integrating multiple technologies,aiming to improve theon-site adaptabilityof detection technologiesand he effctivenessof risk prevention and control, thereby facilitating the full-chain management of food safety.
