Abstract：Therapiddevelopmentandtransformationofthehorticultureindustryhaveimposedhigherrequirementsonthe typesandqualtyoftalentcultivationinuniversities.Toaccommodatetherapiddevelopmentofthehorticultureindustryand addressheisuesofpoorqualityandhomogenizationinhorticulturetalentcultivationatagriculturaluniverities，thispaperfrst conductedaninvestigationandanalysisofthedemandcharacteristicsofthehorticultureindustryfortalentsbasedonthe fundamentalrequirementsforindustrydevelopmentandproduction.Subsequently，thegoalofcultivatingdiferentiatedand excellent horticulture talentswas established，and the "3 +1+ X+S"model for differentiated excellent horticulture talent cultivation wasconstructed.Amodularizedsystemfordiferentiatedtalentcultivationwasthenestablished，elucidatingtherelatioships amongfoundationalcourses，corecourses，diferentiatedcourses，andgeneraleducationcoursesintalentcultivation.Thepaper alsoanalyzedthesupportiveolesoftheteachingsystemandculivationplatform.Furthermore，acollaborativetalentalication experimentalzoewasestablishedtotesttheefectivenessoftalentcultivation，allowingfordynamicadjustmentstothecultivation planandtheachievementoftalentcultivationgoals.Theresearchresultsprovideareferenceforcultivatingdiferentiatedand excellent horticulture talents who understand， love，strengthen， and revitalize agriculture.
