国家战略下社科类专业课教学现代化体系迭代升级的困境与路径

——以公共部门人力资源管理为例

Abstract:Modernizationofteachingisanintegralpartof educationalmodernizationandadevelopmentdirectionforteaching modereformandinovation.Thenational strategyhasalsoputforwardaseriesofclearandimportantrequirements forthe continuousinovationofteachingmodesinsocialsciencemajorsinuniversities.Forexample,themainteachingobjectivesfor human resource management in the public sector include strengthening "political literacy + professional ability",among others. However,thereareeightdifcultesintheteachingofsocialsciencemajorssuchasinsuffcientteachingojectiestoservethe nationalstrategy.Tothisend,weshouldadheretothefiveprinciplesofobeyingandservingthenationalstrategy,and combiningmoraleducationwithtalentcultivation.Weshouldpromotetheiterationandupgradingofthemodern teachingsystem throughninepaths:leading,prerequisite,foundation,key,guiding,asisting,supporting,guaranteing,andfundamental,andlead the continuous innovation of teaching models.
