从“象牙塔”到“创新港”:产教融合引领高校教育新范式

Abstract:Thispaper exploresanewparadigmof leadingeducationalreformthrough theintegrationofindustryandeducation inthefieldofhighereducation.WiththedevelopmentofInteret,bigdata,cloudcomputing,InternetofThingsandother technologies,artificialintellgenceisgraduallybecominganimportantfrcetopromotesocialprogressThispperanalyzesthe historicalevolutionofthintegrationofidustryndeducationfrotheinitialcopeationbetweevocatioaleducatiools andenterprisestothedepintegrationofhighereducationandindustrialsystemstoday.Thispaperdiscusssthepossbleisuesof resourceisolationanddisconnectionbetweentalentcultivationandenterprisedemandinhetraditionalmodelofindustryeducation integration.ThroughthecooperationcasebetweenNanjingTechUniversityandWeiqiaoGroup,thestudydemonstratesthe inovativepathofschoolenterprisejointconstructionofpracticebasesandpromotingthecombinationoftalentcultivatioand industrialdemand.hestudyproposesiovativeideastoenhancetheefectivenessofidustryeducationintegrationthroughdep resourceintegratio,customizedtalentcultivationandstimulatingstudents’leainginterest.Thisstudyimstoprovideteoretial support and practical reference for building a closer integration relationship between educationand industry.

产教融合的概念最早可以追溯到1952年政务院颁布的《关于整顿和发展中等技术教育的指示》,在相关文献[1-3中,将产教融合分为初期阶段、中级阶段和高级阶段三个阶段,初期阶段的产教融合是职业教育的校企合作,紧密对接经济带、城市群、产业链布局,解决职业教育人才培养滞后于新产业技术变革这一紧迫的现实问题;中级阶段的产教融合,是区域产业集群与学科集群融合,打造区域科技创新体系,与区域经济社会同步发展;而到了高级阶段,产教融合应上升为以职业教育和高等教育为重点的整个教育体系与整个产业系统发展方式的变革,是国家产业结构转型升级、教育改革和人才开发整体制度设计,是国家整个产业系统与整个教育系统融合,成为国家发展战略的有机组成部分。(剩余7230字)
