Abstract：Teachrs'Patyranchisanimporatpartoftegaotspartyoranaiosinollgsadivesindiisthe foundationofalltheworkandfightingforceofthePartyincollgesaduniversites.Inthecontextof"double-ig"vocational education，theonstructionof"doubleleader"Partybranchisanimportantmeasuretoimplementthefundamentaltaskofstablishing moralducationandrealizingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofhighervocationalcollgesanduniversities.Basedonthepracticeof "1234"working methodof"doubleleader"cultivationprojetinprivate higher vocationalcollgesanduniversities，thispaperxplors thedevelopmentpathofdoubleintegrationandpromotionofPartybuildingandbusinessincolegesanduniversies，whichisan importanttheoretical guidanceand practical significance forthe high-qualitydevelopmentof vocational education.
