Abstract：Asanimportantdirectionofgraduateeducationreforminthenewera"threewholeeducation"aimstobuilda moreperfectandeficienteducationsystem tomeetthecountrysdemandforhigh-leveltalents.Thispaperdiscusesthenew erabackgroundofgraduateeducation"threewholeeducation”theconstructionofsignificance，reaisticdilemmaand implementationpath，putforwardtorealizethesystemof"threewholeeducation"multi-dimensionalpath，throughthe universties，teacherssudentsandthsocialfromallwalksflife，toforanalround，wholeproess，fullprtcipatioofte newpaternofeducation.Thestudyprovidesstrategicsuggestionsforimprovingthequalityof graduateeducationandcultivating socialistbuildersandsuccessorswithall-rounddevelopmentof moralityintellgence，physique，beautyandlabor.
