Abstract:ThecourseOrganicChemistry Experiment servesasa foundational professional curiculum forpharmacy students, withtheobjectiveofenhancingtheirskillindrugsynthesisandinnovativedugdevelopment.Traditionalpedagogicalaproaches toOrganicChemistryExperimentoftenemphasizeoutcomesoverproceses,whichfailtoalignwithcontemporaryeducational demands.ThiscourseadoptsanOutcome-BasedEducation(OBE)framework,transcendingconstraintsrelatedtotimeandphysical spacesbyintegratingvirtualsimulationexperimentsderivedfromscienificresearchintoundergraduateteaching.Thestudy employsablendedlearningmodelthatcombinesonlineandofinemethodologiestoestablishaninnovativeexperimentalteaching systemthatsynergizesmedicineandtechnologyLeveraginginformation-basedinstructionalcharacteristics,thisaproachutilizes diverseasssmentmethodstomonitortheentirestudentlearningprocesswhileprovidingpersonalizedguidancefrominstructors aimed at significantly improving students‘procedural proficiency and creative capabilities.
