Abstract：ThecourseOrganicChemistry Experiment servesasa foundational professional curiculum forpharmacy students， withtheobjectiveofenhancingtheirskillindrugsynthesisandinnovativedugdevelopment.Traditionalpedagogicalaproaches toOrganicChemistryExperimentoftenemphasizeoutcomesoverproceses，whichfailtoalignwithcontemporaryeducational demands.ThiscourseadoptsanOutcome-BasedEducation（OBE）framework，transcendingconstraintsrelatedtotimeandphysical spacesbyintegratingvirtualsimulationexperimentsderivedfromscienificresearchintoundergraduateteaching.Thestudy employsablendedlearningmodelthatcombinesonlineandofinemethodologiestoestablishaninnovativeexperimentalteaching systemthatsynergizesmedicineandtechnologyLeveraginginformation-basedinstructionalcharacteristics，thisaproachutilizes diverseasssmentmethodstomonitortheentirestudentlearningprocesswhileprovidingpersonalizedguidancefrominstructors aimed at significantly improving students‘procedural proficiency and creative capabilities.
