地方高校生态环境类人才创新能力培养体系构建与实践
——以温州大学为例

Abstract:Thispaperaddressesissessuchasthelackofsystematizationandinsuffcientintegrationofindustryand educatioinfosteringtheinnovativecapabilitesofundergraduatestudentsinecologyandenvironment-relatedprogramsatlocal universities.Itonstructsaprogresivetrainingsystemwith"innovativeawarenes,innovativethinking,andinnovativeskill"as theobjectives,supprtedbythe"FourClasrooms"platform,andimplementedthroughthepathwayof"AcademicNavigation, Innovation-CompetionIntegraion,ResearchEducationSyergy,UniversityCommunityIntegration"Thesystemadvancesthe cultivatioofsudents'ioativeabilitiesacrossfourstages:"EnlighteentmesiRefieentTrascendence"peiicaly "AcademicNavigation"involvesoferingcuting-edgecoursesandhigh-levelforumstostimulateinnovativeawarenessand thinking;"Innovation-CompetitionsIntegration"establishesnisitutioalizedcompetion-trainingcycletorefieiovative thinkingandskill;"Research-EducationSynergy"buildsalong-termmechanismforthedeepintegrationofscientificresearch andteachingtofostercolaborativetalentdevelopment;and"UniversityCommunityIntegration"guidesstudentstoaplyand integratetheirinovativecapabiltiesinreal-worldecologicalgovernancescenarios,fosteringthecharactertraitsssentialfor inovation.Thepracticalexperiencedemonstratesthatthissystemnotonlybostsstudents‘innovativeachievementsand comprehensivecompetivenessbutalso,throughitsestablishedparadigmandresources,exertswidedemonstrativeinfluence. Thereby,itprovidesareplicablesolutionfortraininginnovativetalentsatlocaluniversiestorespondtocomplexecoenvironmental challenges.
