Abstract：Integratedcircuit（IC）isoneofthesupportingindustriesoftheinformationage.Inthepastfewyears，Chinahas increasinglyrecognizedtheimportanceofthedevelopmentofICindustryHowever，theICindustrystillsuffrsfromalackof highlysophisticatedtalentshocanleadthedevelopmentoftheindustryInthispaper，firsly，wesummarizethchalengesof ICtalentcultivation.Secondly，wedeeplyanalyzethetalentpositioningandhierarchiesoftheICindustryFinalyfromthe perspectiveofuniversities，wediscusshowtopromotethecultivationofhigh-precisiontalentsinIC.Inthepathforstudent fostering，thispaperpointsoutthatuniversitiesshouldcreatelinkupthecultivationperiodsofundergraduatesandpostgraduates. Intermsofstudentcultivationmethods，thispaperarguesthatuniversitiesshouldemploythepolicyofcombining learning， research，practiceandapplicationandmoreoverfocusoncultivatingleadingtaentsinICthatposestheresearchandpractice capability through the joint efforts of universities and enterprises.
