Abstract：UnderthebackdropofChina'sdepening advancementofEngineeingEducationProfesional Certification，the abilitytosolvecomplexengineeringproblemshasbecomeacoreindicatorformeasuringthequalityofengineeringtalent cultivation.TakingtheminingengineeingprogramatXinjiang Universityasanexample，thispaperalignswiththeneedsof regionalresourcedevelopmentandindustrialupgrading.Centeredontherequirementsforcomplexengineringproblem-solving skillsoutlinedintheengineringcertificationstandards，thispapersystematicallyexploresthepathwaysforconstructinga cultivationsystemforminingengineringstudents’complexproblem-solvingabilities.Throughmultidimensionalmeasuressuchas optimizingthecuriculumsystem，innovatingteachingmethods，strengtheningpracticalcomponents，andimprovingassessment mechanisms，acultivationmodelhasbeendeveloped.Thismodeliscenteredonthemainthreadof"Green-nteligent-Ideological Education"andsupportedby"Case-Project-Competion"approaches.Theaimofthestudytoenhancestudents’comprehensive enginering competenceandcultivatehigh-levelaplied talentsforthemining industryin Xinjiangandacrossthenation.
