Abstract：Inresponsetotheurgentdemandforinnovativeandinterdisciplinarytalentsintherailtransitindustry，thenew engineeringeducationmodelbasedon"integrationofindustry，educationandresearch"isoneofthesolutionstothisproblem. Thispaperaddressestheproblemsofweakpracticalabilityanddisconnectionbetweenindustryandeducationinthetraditional trainingmodel.Throughmechanismssuchasthefull-processmentorsystem，jointguidancebybothschoolandenterprise"dual mentors"，andteachers‘temporaryemploymentinenterprises，itstrengthensteachersabiltytoconvertengineeingpracticeinto teaching.Atthesametime，weareestablishingcollborativelaboratoriesandresearch platformswithenterprises，jointlyapplying formajorprojects，andusingenterprisetechnicalproblemstodriveacademiccompetitionsandgraduationprojects.Wehave formeda"progresive"practicalsystemthroughproject-basedcoursesacademiccompetitions，researchtrainingandgaduation projects，whichstimulatesstudents‘independentinnovationabilities.Thisstudytakesthe"FutureTransportationExperiment Clas"of ShijiazhuangUniversityofRailwayTechnologyasanexampletoelaborateonhowthismodelenhancesstudents inovatioabilityinsolvingengineeringproblemsprovidingsupportforthehighqualitydevelopmentofcharacteristicdisciplines in the field of rail transportation.
