新工科背景下林业工程学科创新型人才培养体系的探索与实践

Abstract:Underthedualimpetusofanewtechnologicalrevolutionindustrialtransformationandthenationalpromotioof newengineeringeducationforestryengineeingfacesacriticalchallenge.Asacoredisciplinesupportingtheupgradingof China'sforestryindustryandecologicaldevelopment,itsconventionaltalenttrainingmodelnolongerfullymetsthegrowing demandfor innovatie,practicalandinterdisciplinaryprofesionals.DrawingonreformexperiencefromtheCollgeofMaterials EngineringatFujianAgricultureandForestryUniversity,thisstudyexaminescurrentisuesinforestryengineringeducation withinthenewengineringframework.Thestudyexploresvitalstrategiessuchasindustryacademiaresearchintegration, collborativementorship,andpracticalsystemrestructuring.Weproposeaninovativetalentdevelopmentmodeltructuredaround fourkeydimensions,includingcuiculumredesign,deeperindustryeducationcollboration,structureddevelopment,andpractice empowerent.Thestudyalsosummarizesachievedoutcomes,providinganactionableframeworkformodernizing forestry engineering education to beter meet industrial demands and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
