Abstract：Toaddress theneedforinovativepharmaceuticaltalentcultivationunderthe HealthyChina Strategy，thispaper proposesanon-standardanswerassssentsystemtoovercomelimitationsof traditionalpharmacologyasessments.Leveragingthe discipline'scharacteristics，thisstudydesignsanassessentframeworkcenteredonfivecorecompetencies：criticalthinking， clinicalpractice，lifelonglearning，collboration，andinnovation.Thissystememploysprogressivetasksacrossfourtiers （Foundational，Aplication，Expansion，Competency）suplementedbydiversequestionfomatsSupprtedbyablendedteaching modelandatripartiteevaluationmechanism，theapproachutilizessmartplatformsfortrackingandfeedback.Thismodelaligns with disciplinary and innovation competency goals，ofering insights for medical education evaluation reform.
