Abstract:Toaddress theneedforinovativepharmaceuticaltalentcultivationunderthe HealthyChina Strategy,thispaper proposesanon-standardanswerassssentsystemtoovercomelimitationsof traditionalpharmacologyasessments.Leveragingthe discipline'scharacteristics,thisstudydesignsanassessentframeworkcenteredonfivecorecompetencies:criticalthinking, clinicalpractice,lifelonglearning,collboration,andinnovation.Thissystememploysprogressivetasksacrossfourtiers (Foundational,Aplication,Expansion,Competency)suplementedbydiversequestionfomatsSupprtedbyablendedteaching modelandatripartiteevaluationmechanism,theapproachutilizessmartplatformsfortrackingandfeedback.Thismodelaligns with disciplinary and innovation competency goals,ofering insights for medical education evaluation reform.
