Abstract：WithsomeuniversitiesandenterprisesbanningMATLAB，thereisanurgentneedtousedomestic software MWORKS toreplaceMATLABinmechanicalengineeringdesignandanalysis.Itiscrucialforcultivating mechanicalenginering professionalsandadevelopmenttrendformanydomesticmilitaryindustrialcollgesandenterprises.Thispapertakesthecourse MechanicalEngineeringDesignAnalysisandMTLABApplicationastheobject，analyzesthecurrentsituationandproblemsof usingMATLABintheteachingofmechanicalengineeringdesignanalysis，andelaboratesonthecharactersticsandadvantagesof MWORKS，and itsappicabilityinmechanical engineering designanalysis.Throughspecific measuressuchasadjusting course setings，inovatingteachingmethods，andreformingteachingevaluation，theapplicationpathofMWORKSinmechanical engineringdesignanalysisteachinghasbenexplored.TheteachingreformofMWORKSreplacingMATLABinmechanical enginering designanalysiscanprovidenewideasandmethodsforcultivatingmechanicalengineeingprofessonalswhocan adapt to the need of the new era.
