Abstract：Withtheadvancementofnewengineering disciplines，civilenginering industryenterprises havehigherstandards andrequirementsfortalents.Asanimportantmeasuretoenhancethequalityoftalentcultivation，scholenterprisecooperation isbasedonthebackgroundofnewengineeringdisciplines.Thisstudycomprehensivelyanalyzesthevalueofscholenterprise cooperationincivilengineeringmajorsinimprovingthepertinenceofprofesionaltalentcultivation，enhancingstudents professionalquaities，andpromotingavirtuouscycleof industryandeducationdevelopment.Thestudyinterpretstheproblemsof scholenterprisecooperationincivilengineringmajorsandsystematicallyproposesimprovementstrategiesfortheschool enterprise cooperation model to solve them.
