基于危机管理理论的幼儿园安全管理研究

【摘    要】近年来，幼儿园频繁出现一些危机事件，威胁着幼儿的安全成长，同时也暴露出幼儿园安全管理方面存在的问题。为了改变幼儿园管理现状，保障幼儿健康成长，本文以危机管理理论为指向，分析幼儿园安全管理中存在的诸多问题，提出相关策略，以解决问题，呵护祖国的花朵。

【Abstract】In recent years， there have been frequent crisis incidents in kindergartens， threatening the safe growth of children， and at the same time exposing problems in the safety management of kindergartens. In order to change the current situation of kindergarten management and ensure the healthy growth of children， this article aims at crisis management theory， analyzes many problems in the safety management of kindergartens， and proposes relevant strategies to solve the problems and care for the flowers of the motherland.
